天津市广泛应用智能科技提升城市治理现代化水平，服务便捷精准，让群众体会到了实实在在的获得感。
With the wide application of intelligent technologies throughout the city, Tianjin has made its governance more advanced and delivered convenient and targeted services, giving people a real sense of gain.
“津心办”是天津市委网信办、市大数据管理中心全面推动建设的政务服务移动端应用。“津心办”已上线市级行政许可、公共服务、便民服务等各类在线服务事项达1500余项，实现了“不见面、网上办、掌上办”，打通了为民服务“最后一公里”。
The Jinxinban app, for example, developed by the Cyberspace Administration of Tianjin and the city's big data management center, is the People's Government of Tianjin Municipality's public service platform. The app includes functions providing more than 1,500 services, allowing its citizens to solve their problems online without the need for face-to-face contact.
“津治通”是由天津市委网信办、市大数据管理中心建设的全市一体化社会治理信息化平台， “津治通”APP主要用来辅助网格员、指挥长等进行日常工作，通过数字化管理精准触达百姓生活末梢，目前已在天津市办结社会治理事件超过264万起。
The Jinzhitong app, also developed by the Cyberspace Administration of Tianjin and the city's big data management center, is an integrated information platform for Tianjin's social governance. The app is primarily used to help community workers with their daily work. It covers every aspect of people's lives. So far, the app has helped Tianjin handle more than 2.64 million social governance affairs.

天津港在新一代无人自动化集装箱码头实践应用上迈出坚实一步，为世界智慧港口建设给出了“天津范本”。
Tianjin Port has taken a solid step forward in realizing a new generation of unmanned automated container docks, setting an example of smart port construction for the world.
无人自动化码头是当今全球智慧港口建设的重要标志。近年来，为攻克传统集装箱码头无人自动化改造这一世界港口难题，天津港集团勇于创新试新，于2019年5月顺利完成全球首个传统人工集装箱码头堆场自动化改造升级，2020年1月17日成功实现25辆无人驾驶电动集卡在全球的首次实船作业。
Unmanned automated docks are important hallmarks of smart ports. To increase automation in ports, a difficulty being faced by ports across the world, Tianjin Port (Group) Co Ltd broke new ground through trial and error, and their efforts culminated, in May 2019, in the world's first upgrading of a traditional manual container dock into an automated one. On January 17, Tianjin port saw 25 autonomous electric trucks handle shipping containers — another world first.

今年3月10日，天津医科大学总医院互联网医院在线诊疗服务正式开通，患者除了可在线进行预约挂号、远程诊疗、咨询服务，还可享受在线问诊、医保实时结算、药品快递到家、用药指导、预约检查、智能影像、检查结果线上查看、慢病随访等服务。
On March 10, the online diagnosis and treatment service of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital's 'internet hospital' began operation. It allows patients to make an appointment, receive a remote diagnosis and have their medicines delivered to their home.
互联网医院破除时间、空间局限，打通线上+线下相结合的“防控-诊治-康复”全周期健康服务闭环，让老百姓真正实现“小病在社区，大病不耽误”的便捷就诊体验。
The internet hospital overcomes time and space limitations and combines both online and offline diagnosis. Through this system, people with minor ailments can be treated at home while those with serious diseases will not be delayed when receiving hospital care.
截至目前，天津医科大学总医院互联网医院运行8个月以来，累计服务患者近10万人次。目前已开通40个临床科室，1000余名专科医生已获批互联网医院诊疗资质。患者可以通过图文或视频的方式在线咨询，医生精准指导患者有序就诊，有效缓解医院救治压力，减少人员集聚，降低交叉感染风险。
Eight months since it went into operation, the internet hospital has offered services in response to more than 100,000 queries. This online diagnosis system effectively helps relieve the treatment stress on the hospital and reduce mass gatherings, thus lowering the risks of cross infection.
